- Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of at least two finance integration projects or entity set up projects, from planning through post-close execution, including project plan ownership and executive reporting
- Strong program-management capability: comfortable scoping ambiguous work, owning multiple parallel workstreams, and managing to milestones without extensive oversight
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or equivalent) in an acquisition and migration context
- Cross-functional credibility with Legal, Tax, People, Corporate Development, and Finance sub-functions, and the ability to drive outcomes across competing timelines and risk tolerances
- Comfort operating under deal-environment time pressure and confidentiality, with sound judgment when processes are being defined in real time
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to distill complex operational issues into clear, decision-ready briefings
