About the role
As Claude's capabilities grow, so does our responsibility to ensure those capabilities reach the right people. The Access Programs team builds the systems that verify who our customers are, grant access to advanced model capabilities for approved use cases, and ensure that access is not misused.
What they're looking for
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or comparable experience
- Experience building and operating backend systems in production
- Strong coding skills in at least one general-purpose programming language, and experience building software with AI coding tools
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Care about the societal impacts of AI and want your work to make powerful systems safer
