About the role
Lead post-sales deployments end to end, coordinating solutions architecture with hands-on support from the wider engineering team to make sure customer implementations are delivered on-time and with high quality. Build the deployments function from scratch: define the playbooks, processes, and tooling that will scale to future customers.

- Experience in a customer-facing technical role: solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, technical program management, technical consulting, or post-sales at a technical product company
- Exceptional communication: you can explain a complex product crisply to an engineer, a PM, and a CEO in the same forum, in writing and in person
- Serious operational chops: a track record of coordinating high-stakes, tight-timeline projects across many stakeholders and driving them to completion
