About the role
This is a foundational hire and pivotal moment for Antler in North America. We are looking for a Head of Capital Formation to own and scale fundraising across the region - leading institutional capital raising while helping shape the next phase of Antler’s platform. - Credibility and presence with sophisticated institutional investors, combined with a highly commercial mindset
- Strong commercial instinct and fundraising judgement — able to listen to LP needs, adapt product narratives, and manage objections with nuance and conviction
- Fluency with fund performance analysis, portfolio construction discussions, and institutional due diligence expectations
- A leadership style that develops strong teams while maintaining personal accountability for outcomes
