About the role
We are seeking a Shipping and Receiving Lead to oversee daily warehouse logistics, supervising staff and managing inventory accuracy. You will coordinate all inbound and outbound shipments and fulfillment operations to ensure safe, accurate, and on-time deliveries. This role combines hands-on ownership of all company logistics execution with strategic leadership to scale our supply systems, team, and culture.
What they're looking for
- High school diploma required, a bachelor's degree in supply chain or business is preferred
- 3 to 5 years of proven hands-on experience in warehouse management, logistics, or manufacturing with strong leadership, complex problem-solving, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP software, and Microsoft Excel
- Oversee and maintain a high-mix electronic components inventory with full traceability, including the administration and operation of automated storage and dispensing systems
- Background in managing aerospace and/or defense material records, ensuring strict adherence to AS9100 documentation and traceability standards is highly valued
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. when stepping in to assist floor operations
