What they're looking for
- 8+ years of hands-on SAP experience , including Basis administration, ABAP development, and SAP integrations
- Strong understanding of SAP Security (roles, authorizations, and compliance considerations)
- Proven experience with S/4HANA migrations , Cloud ERP , or RISE with SAP initiatives
- Demonstrated success designing scalable, reliable, and innovative SAP solutions
- Ability to bridge SAP technical depth with AI and automation strategy
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify and convey complex ideas to technical and business audiences
