About the role
Build and identify a high-performing broker portfolio by executing targeted outreach via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn InMails then onboarding them effectively, and supporting their long-term success. Own the day-to-day management of your broker accounts, ensuring all tasks required to support, price, and close new business are completed accurately and on time.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 1+ year of experience in Sales Support, Account Management Support, Business Administration, or a similar office-based role
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with strong administrative and follow-through skills
- Positive, professional, and supportive attitude, with the ability to create an encouraging environment for partners and peers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to interact effectively with brokers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Strong relationship-building abilities, capable of fostering trust, credibility, and long-term partnerships
