About the role
The People Intelligence team builds the internal software Applied Intuition's leaders use to run the company as it grows and scales to many thousands of employees: tools for performance management, team planning, headcount and budget, organizational insight, and the everyday experience of working here. Building a great company is as much a people problem as a technical one, so we work side by side with leaders and internal teams to understand the problem before we build. What they're looking for
- BS in Computer Science or a related field
- 5+ years of experience building software products with a large user base
- Experience with a major cloud provider (GCP and/or AWS) and relational databases
- Comfort building with AI coding tools
- Strong SQL and experience analyzing data: defining metrics, separating signal from noise, and explaining findings to non-technical audiences
- As much interest in business and operational problems as in technical challenges, and the communication skills to work directly with senior stakeholders
