As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Applied Intuition, you will partner closely with research leadership to design and execute hiring strategies that attract, evaluate, and close exceptional software engineering talent in a highly competitive talent market. - 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a strong track record hiring software engineers, ML engineers, or other highly specialized technical talent
- Experience recruiting for autonomy, robotics, defense, embedded systems, or Physical AI
- Strong business partnership skills and the ability to influence stakeholders using data and insights
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex searches in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- High ownership mindset with the ability to operate autonomously
