Overview
We’re looking for a AI Strategy & Transformation Consultant to join us in in our Alpharetta, GA office. This is a full-time, onsite position. You’ll join an awesome team to support our growing operations.
About the role
This is a player-coach role within the Strategy function. You’ll help shape how AI is adopted and scaled across Aptean while remaining hands-on in the work itself. You’ll prototype solutions, build automations, and put first-version working tools in front of users, while also setting the broader direction for our AI roadmap. We expect roughly half of your time to be focused on hands-on delivery and half on strategy, prioritization, and portfolio management.
You’ll partner closely with business leaders, operational teams, and AI engineers to identify opportunities where work is manual, time-consuming, or insight-constrained. You’ll prove value quickly, scale what works, and ensure initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes. Success in this role is defined by deployed solutions and tangible results, not presentations.
