Key Responsibilities
Use workforce data and system insight to identify opportunities to simplify HR processes, strengthen controls, and improve employee and manager experience.
Apply a strong understanding of Oracle HCM business processes, data structures, security and downstream reporting to investigate issues from source transaction to analytical output.
