About the role
As Arc’s Supervisor. Production you will own one of Arc's most technically demanding production organizations, responsible for manufacturing our high-voltage battery systems and powertrain subassemblies—including battery packs, harnesses, motors, and other electromechanical systems that sit at the heart of every boat we build. We're looking for someone fired up by the mission and ready to build. You'll thrive here if you move fast, take ownership, and care about the details.
What they're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in a fast paced manufacturing or production environment
- Prior experience in leading a team or a project
- Willingness to get hands on with build projects as needed
- Ability to be flexible and get creative to keep complex projects moving forward
- This is an active role that will require consistent physical activity, including the ability to lift. push and pull up to 50lbss. and standing for a majority of the shift
