- 3+ years in product management, including at least 2 years at an early-stage or high-growth company
- A track record of owning product outcomes — moved metrics and customer results, not only a shipped roadmap — for a technical or B2B product
- Strong discovery skills: you find the real problem behind a request and validate before building
- Comfort in technical, infrastructure, or cloud domains, with the depth to reason about the product yourself
- The judgment to decline a request from a stakeholder, sales included, and keep that decision durable
- Clear written and verbal communication with technical and go-to-market audiences alike
