What they're looking for
- 5+ years building customer-facing products, including features you took from concept to GA and owned afterward
- Comfortable owning work on both sides of the stack: React and TypeScript on the frontend, and Python API/service on the backend. You can independently own meaningful frontend and backend work
- Strong product sense: you translate ambiguous needs into clear requirements, make sound scope calls with the context you have, and give useful critical feedback on designs
- Startup-style range: you have owned work at both ends of the stack and moved it forward with limited direction
- Comfortable working with real production data: understand data models and flows, investigate customer or production issues, and use data to inform product and engineering decisions
- Fluent with AI development tools, and data-driven in how you decide what to build next
