- 10+ years of experience in contract manufacturing environment, preferably in a high mix, low volume PCBA environment as well as box build
- BS or MS degree required
- Strong leadership capability, with experience in managing, recruiting, developing and coaching employees
- Proven record of accomplishment driving business efficiency and improvements
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
- Must be results-oriented and possess sound business judgement
