Arista is looking for a Financial Accountant to join its finance team in Shannon on an 18-month contract. This is an established role with a well-defined remit: you'll own the day-to-day accounting, month-end close and statutory reporting for six of Arista's international legal entities, working closely with the corporate accounting, international tax, treasury, payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable teams. - Qualified accountant (ACA) with post-qualification experience, ideally 2+ years. Recently qualified candidates with strong statutory audit experience will also be considered
- Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and FRS102, and of Irish and EMEA statutory reporting requirements
- Hands-on experience of month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations and statutory audits
- Experience working in a SOX-controlled environment
- Advanced Excel skills
- Proactive approach to identifying and implementing AI solutions to automate routine financial workflows and drive operational efficiency

Arista is looking for a Financial Accountant to join its finance team in Shannon on an 18-month contract. Beyond the day-to-day, you will have scope to improve processes and controls, and you will gain hands-on exposure to US GAAP reporting, SOX controls and Irish/EMEA statutory compliance within a fast-growing, NYSE-listed global technology company.
- Lead the monthly and quarterly close for six international entities, meeting group reporting deadlines.
- General ledger responsibility for prepaid expenses, fixed assets, accrued expenses, bank, other assets and liabilities, along with intercompany and payroll transactions.
- Prepare and review journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Manage the annual statutory audits for the entities, including preparation of the financial statements and directors’ reports in accordance with the local GAAP of each region.
