About the role
We are seeking a highly technical, strategic, and experienced Senior Infrastructure Cloud Systems Manager to lead an IT team overseeing a complex hybrid, multi-cloud enterprise ecosystem.
What they're looking for
- Experience: 12+ years in Systems/Cloud Engineering, with at least 3–5 years in a formal technical leadership or management role
- OS & Virtualization Mastery: Deep operational expertise with VMware vSphere/vCenter, Microsoft Windows Server administration (Active Directory, Group Policy), and Enterprise Linux environments
- Multi-Cloud Expertise: Proven track record running production workloads across major cloud hyperscalers ( AWS, GCP, Azure ) and database/enterprise clouds ( OCI )
- Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC): Hands-on background with automation and orchestration tools (Terraform, Ansible, Packer, or cloud-native IaC frameworks)
- Networking & Security: Solid understanding of multi-cloud networking (VPCs, VNets, DirectConnect, ExpressRoute, FastConnect), DNS, IAM, and hybrid connectivity
- Disaster Recovery: Experience designing and testing robust DR/BCP strategies across hybrid/multi-cloud setups
