About the role
As an AI Solutions Manager, you’ll partner with some of the most innovative AI/ML teams in the world. We are looking for a fast-paced, client-obsessed candidate with an entrepreneurial mindset to nurture, and grow our Commerical/Digital Native customers. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving adoption, shaping product use cases, and ensuring our customers succeed in leveraging AI to achieve real-world impact. This role is a blend of solutions consulting, customer engagement, and AI product feedback.
What they're looking for
- 2+ years in customer success, solutions consulting, technical account management, or technical consulting at a tech company
- Working knowledge of AI/ML workflows or the agent development lifecycle, demonstrated through hands-on work, formal education, or self-study
- Proven ability to demo a technical product and connect it to business outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to understand Python or SQL scripts
- Strong communication and executive presentation skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders
- Depth in at least one industry (financial services, healthcare, retail, tech) or function is a plus
