About the role
This is a hands-on-keyboard growth role. You will own Arketa's paid acquisition engine, primarily Meta and Google, and you will be in the accounts yourself: building campaigns, testing creative, reading the data, and deciding where the next dollar goes. You are not managing people who do the work. You are doing the work, with a small pod of specialists pointed at the same number.
What they're looking for
- You are running paid acquisition right now, hands on the accounts, and you can talk about last week's numbers from memory
- You have managed six figures or more in monthly ad spend
- You have been at a high-growth company through a real scale step, roughly $30M to $100M+ ARR, and you can tell us what the ARR was when you joined versus when you left
- AI is genuinely embedded in how you work day to day, not something you tried once
- Strong analytical instincts: you are comfortable in spreadsheets and dashboards, you build your own reporting, and you can defend a spend decision with data
- You are comfortable directing contractors and specialists without wanting to build a large team underneath you
