About the role
• Lead day-to-day execution of the Large Form Factor MDC product line, with accountability for delivery • Execute against the segment strategy set with the GM of Form Factors, ensuring alignment with Armada's broader platform and growth objectives.
What they're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in operations, engineering, or product execution roles, preferably in infrastructure and/or data centers
- Hands-on experience supporting a hardware or systems product as it scales from early growth toward higher-volume production
- Strong working knowledge of manufacturing operations, supply chain, and cost management
- Experience working across cross-functional teams spanning engineering, operations, and commercial functions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across the organization
