What they're looking for
- 7+ years of product design experience, with meaningful time in a growth, conversion, or retention context. You've shipped real work that produced real outcomes
- Your portfolio shows a refined eye and a high standard of execution. Work that doesn't demonstrate this clearly won't move forward
- You are already using AI-native tools (Cursor, Claude, or equivalent) as a standard part of your workflow. This is a baseline expectation, not a bonus
- Experimentation fluency. You understand A/B testing, how to design for it, and how to read results without over-indexing on noise
- Funnel thinking. You can map a conversion funnel, identify where experience quality and business outcomes diverge, and design toward a specific outcome without losing sight of the user
- Metric fluency. You know which metrics matter for growth, how to interpret them in context, and how to set up a design decision so it can actually be measured
