- 7–10+ years in deployment, implementation, solutions engineering, or systems architecture (SaaS/enterprise software)
- Led complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise implementations, including API, SDK, and cloud integrations
- Deep technical skills, credibly engages engineering while translating business needs into scalable solutions
- Drove operational excellence via process, automation, and tooling, measurably improving deployment velocity and quality
- Influenced senior cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering) to shape decisions and align efforts
- Ability to independently scope, prioritize, and execute in ambiguous, high-growth environments, expected rapid ownership and impact within 60 days
