What they're looking for
- B.S. with 8+ years or M.S in a biological field with a minimum of 5 + years of relevant laboratory experience
- Hands-on experience (equipment and software) with flow cytometry, plate readers, and automated cell counters required
- Experience with functional assays is a plus
- Strong organizational, recording keeping, time management, and communication skills are required
- Previous exposure to analytical testing in a Pharma/Biotech, regulated ( GxP ) environment is preferred
- Experience in cell therapy, immunology, or oncology is strongly preferred.
