- 10+ years of experience in a Talent Acquisition function, with 5+ years of management experience, leading Technical recruiting teams and partnering with R&D leaders
- Demonstrated passion and ability for leading, motivating, and coaching recruiting teams
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a collaborative team-player mindset
- Proven track record of acting as a strong business partner to executive leaders, building deep trust and collaborative relationships with client groups to align hiring strategies with their specific goals
- A business mindset and deep understanding of how your impact in talent directly translates to the greater success of the organization
- A data-driven approach to decision-making that leads to increased operational effectiveness & efficiencies
