Asendia AI is an AI-powered recruiting platform that helps staffing firms find, engage, and place candidates more efficiently. We’re one of the fastest-growing startups in our YC batch and recently raised an oversubscribed seed round backed by leading investors. We’re growing quickly and looking for a Staffing Intern to work closely with our founders and help us hire exceptional people across engineering, sales, marketing, and other roles.

This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how recruiting works inside a fast-growing AI startup while taking real ownership of the hiring process.
- Source and identify strong candidates for open roles
- Review applications and résumés and help build candidate shortlists
- Reach out to candidates through LinkedIn, email, and other channels
- Conduct initial candidate screening and help evaluate fit
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, founders, and team members
- Keep our recruiting pipeline and candidate information organized and up to date
- Follow up with candidates throughout the interview process
- Research new sourcing channels, communities, and recruiting strategies
