Ash is seeking a Product Manager, Member Engagement to join our Platform team. In this role, you'll own the member engagement product roadmap including email, SMS, and AI-powered voice outreach from channel logic and configuration to performance measurement and iteration. You'll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and the marketing team to deliver high-quality member engagement content.

Ash is seeking a Product Manager, Member Engagement to join our Platform team. This role is foundational as outreach is the first and often only chance to reach members who've been missed by traditional care. The work you do here turns a mailed kit into a completed test, and a completed test into a closed gap in care, directly impacting health outcomes for hundreds of thousands of members.
Responsibilities
- Configure and manage client campaigns in Customer.io, including audience segmentation, trigger logic, message sequencing, and A/B testing across outreach touchpoints.
- Dive into engagement data to identify drop-off points, surface opportunities for further targeting, and build the case for roadmap investments that improve program performance.
