About the role
As a Senior Mobile Engineer, you will be a senior, hands-on contributor on our mobile team, building and shaping our Flutter applications while staying fluent across the services that power them. The mobile experience supports field technicians, customer teams, and operational workflows where reliability, clarity, and offline/real-world constraints matter.
What they're looking for
- 5+ years of software development experience, with strong, demonstrated expertise in Flutter/Dart and comfort working full-stack across backend services and APIs
- Strong software architecture and design skills, paired with a clear willingness to stay hands-on in the code
- Demonstrated experience consuming and collaborating on REST and GraphQL APIs, and comfort discussing backend design, data models, and service contracts with backend engineers
- A product engineering mindset: able to prototype quickly with product and design, then deliver a sound, well-built feature
- Hands-on experience directing agentic coding tools and using agentic workflows as a force multiplier while maintaining ownership of technical decisions
- Strong debugging and performance-optimization skills, with hands-on experience using observability and monitoring tools such as Sentry, Datadog, or similar to diagnose and resolve production issues
