Own and evolve our design system , bringing today’s fragmented systems and patterns into a strong, shared foundation. Define the patterns and standards that help Assured experiences feel thoughtful, cohesive, and well crafted.

- Strong product design experience, including meaningful work on design systems, platform experiences, or shared product foundations
- Exceptional attention to craft , with strong interaction and visual design skills
- A systems thinker who can turn complexity into clear, scalable solutions
- Experience working deeply with Engineering and enough technical fluency to understand how design systems become real, scalable product infrastructure
- Ability to partner across Brand and Product , connecting expressive brand thinking with functional needs
- A natural leader who can create clarity, alignment, and momentum without needing a lot of structure

Assured is on a mission to modernize insurance. Claims processing (i.e. should we pay this claim?), while often overlooked, is the foundation of the entire industry.
