Define and lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for customer integrations, APIs, and data exchange capabilities — ensuring tight alignment with company goals and evolving customer needs. Partner deeply with engineering to design and evolve high-performing APIs, integration frameworks, and data synchronization patterns that support both real-time and batch use cases.
