- 💼 8+ years of experience in platform or backend engineering (or equivalent expertise)
- 🧰 Deep knowledge of TypeScript, plus experience with Node.js, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, and AWS
- 🎯 Proven ability to lead projects independently from architecture to production
- 🌐 Strong communication skills and the ability to influence technical direction across teams
