About the role
We're building a two-sided platform: creators who make games, and players who discover and play them. Growth touches both sides. As Head of Growth Marketing, you'll own the strategy and execution that drives both creator acquisition and player growth - from paid media and SEO to PR and social. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You won't manage a team on day one, but you'll build one. The person who excels here sees the full funnel, moves fast, and knows which levers actually matter.
