About Astrolab

Astrolab manufactures and designs rovers that will transform the way we live and work in space. Backed by Space Capital.

About the role

Astrolab's IT Service Desk is the front line of support for every teammate — from mission control operators to engineers on the shop floor. As a Service Desk Engineer I, you'll be the first point of contact for day-to-day technology needs: setting up new hires, resolving hardware and software issues, and keeping our Microsoft-based environment (Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft 365) running smoothly.

More about this role

Astrolab is The Lunar Operations Company. We design and build the systems and hardware the lunar economy will come to depend on — rovers, power, and data networks for sustained operations on the Moon. We are focused on the problems that must be solved before the next chapter of human exploration can scale. The Moon does not forgive untested assumptions. The people who work here know that, and they wouldn't have it any other way.

This is a hands-on, high-visibility role on a small team, ideal for someone early in their IT career who wants broad exposure across systems, hardware, and process. This role will report to the IT Service Desk Manager.
