We're looking for our Founding Developer Relations Lead to help build the defining open-source community in AI agent security. We're looking for a rare profile: an exceptional engineer who loves open source as much as they love people. Someone who loves contributing to open source, building in public, engaging with developers, and growing technical communities. What they're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in Developer Relations, Developer Advocacy, Solutions Engineering, or a similarly technical GTM role
- Experience at a high-growth AI, developer tools, infrastructure, or cybersecurity company
- Strong software engineering background with the ability to build production-ready demos and contribute to open-source codebases
- Proven track record of creating technical content that drives developer adoption (blogs, talks, videos, workshops, or tutorials)
- Experience growing an open-source community or developer ecosystem
- Exceptional technical communication skills—you can explain complex systems to developers without oversimplifying
