About the role
Atari is seeking a highly organized, systems-minded Business Operations Product Manager to scale our operational infrastructure. Working across business operations, Salesforce administration, and systems implementation, you’ll partner with leadership and internal development teams to translate business needs into scalable processes, workflows, documentation, and technical requirements.
What they're looking for
- 3 - 5 years of experience in business operations, or related functions, ideally in a fast-paced or growth-stage environment, games industry background a plus but not required
- 3 - 5 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience is required
- Proven ability to design, document, and improve business processes and operational workflows
- Experience translating business needs into clear technical requirements for development teams
- Experience creating user guides, training materials, and operational documentation
- Strong ownership mindset - comfortable identifying problems and building solutions
