What they're looking for
- Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- At least 4 years of direct patient care experience in primary care and/or oncology
- Extensive knowledge and experience in areas relevant chronic disease management, and palliative care
- Strong ability to collaborate with diverse teams, build relationships, and foster a positive work environment
- Comfort with change, process improvement, and working in a start-up or growing organization
- Ability to perform IV fluid administration and hands on clinic care (point of care testing and other duties as defined)

As the Atlas Oncology Partners Advanced Practice Provider, you will provide direct clinical care to patients with cancer in close collaboration with our partner oncology practices. You will support and enhance the provision of high quality, evidence-based, whole-person care by diagnosing, evaluating and managing cancer-adjacent comorbidities as well as coordinating care and communicating with existing primary care and specialty providers. You will manage a longitudinal panel of patients who are actively engaged with our partner oncology practices to optimize the opportunity for patients to achieve maximum health outcomes throughout all phases of their cancer journey.
