What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5-10 years of experience in healthcare IT, Data, and/or Product leadership
- Basic competency as both a data engineer and data warehouse administrator with a history of prior healthcare deployments
- Fluency with modern AI solutions
- Experience with product strategy, build versus buy, and user needs research
- Prior expertise managing and contracting key technology vendors

This role suits someone who thrives in ambiguity and builds structure in a fast-moving, start-up context. In this role, you will partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to understand user needs, develop a technology and data roadmap, and execute alongside Atlas and partner oncology practice teams. In the immediate term, you will also act as an independent contributor / builder to support execution of the data and product strategy.
