- BS or MS in Computer Science or related STEM field
- 5+ years of experience in an IT role
- Experience with Proxmox hypervisors and bare-metal system configuration / integration (iDRAC), and backup management
- Knowledge and experience with all 3 major operating systems, Ubuntu, MacOS, and Windows
- Experience with PaaS and IaaS environments like GSuite, Office365, AWS, OKTA, SSO (SCIM Provisioning)
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (DataDog), with SIEM Integrations
