About the role
The Strategic Finance Senior Associate will be a foundational member of our finance team, partnering directly with Operations, Engineering, Go-to-Market, and senior leadership to build the financial infrastructure and models that power our most important decisions. This role works cross-functionally with business leaders to plan the business, partner on execution, and drive accountability.
What they're looking for
- 4+ years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, or growth investing, with at 2 years in industry at a hardware manufacturing company
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM or highly analytical field
- Operational experience at a fast-paced, high-growth technology company strongly preferred
- Expert financial modeling skills and fluency with AI tools
- Strong analytical rigor and the ability to critically evaluate opportunities and risks in financials
- Excellent communication and storytelling ability - can translate complex models and datasets into concise narratives, visuals, and recommendations for executives

Atomic Machines is ushering in a new era of micromanufacturing with its Matter Compiler™ technology platform. This platform enables new classes of micromachines to be designed and built by providing manufacturing processes and a materials library that are inaccessible to semiconductor manufacturing methods.
