What they're looking for
- Strong engineering and technical foundations with hands-on experience building and deploying solutions
- Experience with backend development using Python, JavaScript, or similar , including APIs and systems integration
- Exposure to AI/ML, LLMs, or automation technologies (experience taking solutions live in production is a big plus)
- Experience working in startups or high-ownership environments — startup DNA is a must
- Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-first mindset
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills—confidence interacting with leadership and technical teams
