We’re looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our team and help us build our modern service management platform. This role is based out of our Bay Area office . - Own full-stack features from design to production: design APIs, implement backend services, and build maintainable UI components
- Build and maintain scalable, secure, and observable services including APIs, background workers, authentication, and third-party integrations
- Implement polished, accessible, performant UIs using modern React patterns and best practices
- Design and tune persistence layers: schema design, indexing, query optimization, caching strategies
- Ship well-tested code and own CI/CD flows, rollouts, and incident responses
- Collaborate closely with product, design, QA, and other engineers in weekly planning, design reviews, and execution
