About the role
This role is based in our San Francisco office location. As a company driven by innovation and continuous change, close collaboration is essential. We’re constantly reimagining our industry, creating new products, and refining our processes, and we do our best work together. That’s why all of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week. The base salary range for this role is $220,000 - $260,000 per year.
What they're looking for
- 10+ years of varied experience, including Big 4 and in-house experience with shared service centers
- Ability to assess a fragmented global organization and design a more integrated, scalable shared-services model with clear ownership, governance, and accountability
- Track record of simplifying and standardizing end-to-end finance processes across AP, AR, Record-to-Report, and related operational areas
- Ability to identify manual work, control gaps, and process bottlenecks, then partner with technology teams to implement practical automation and systems improvements
- Experience leading large, distributed teams across multiple countries, time zones, and Centers of Excellence, while maintaining service quality and employee engagement
- Ability to drive significant organizational change, including consolidation, role redesign, outsourcing, and new ways of working, without disrupting critical day-to-day operations
