About the role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the fleet management and device software behind our autonomous operations. In this role, you will own these products across autonomous haulage and on-road autonomy, working out how a site monitors its machines, assigns them work, reports on production, and diagnoses a machine when something goes wrong.

What they're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical, design, or business field is required, with 7+ years in product management. Equivalent experience will be considered in place of the degree
  • Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of a software product in production, from requirements through release and measured adoption, including at least one product taken from initial definition to first customers
  • Deep experience with operational or fleet software used by people who do not work at a desk, in industries such as mining, construction, energy, logistics, transportation, manufacturing, or field service
  • Experience with products that monitor or command physical equipment, vehicles, or machinery
  • Experience with real-time status and telemetry, mapping or geospatial interfaces, or dispatch and assignment workflows
  • Experience with multi-tenant products involving customer accounts, user roles, and permissions
More about this role

Atoms is building the machines that power the next era of progress.

Over the last decade, software has transformed the digital world. But the physical world, where food is made, minerals are mined, goods are moved, and industries are run, remains far less intelligent, far less efficient, and far more constrained. We’re changing that.

Atoms builds Physical AI— real-world robots for the industries that move civilization forward, starting with food, mining, and transport. Our systems are designed to understand, predict, and control the real world with precision, turning complex physical operations into something more reliable, more scalable, and more productive.

This work requires more than robotics. It requires deep integration across hardware, software, AI, operations, manufacturing, and real estate. We don’t just build machines in a lab. We deploy them into real environments, operate them, learn from them, and improve them until they work at scale.

We are roboticists, engineers, operators, and builders. We believe the next great technology companies will not only transform information, but the physical systems that shape everyday life.

If you want to work on hard problems with...
