- You have deep personal injury experience at a plaintiff's firm, ideally across motor vehicle accidents and premises liability
- You've represented clients through every stage of a case, and you've taken cases to trial
- You know the nuts and bolts of legal operations at a plaintiff’s firm, including where the standard playbook falls short. You have specific views on how you'd do it better starting from a blank page
- You've supervised non-attorney professionals across intake, case management, and support
- You're a resourceful team player ready to dive into a scrappy startup environment where you will learn quickly and get your hands dirty
- You have a demonstrated commitment to doing good and helping people
