About the role
The Hardware NPI Test TPM will be responsible for providing planning, coordination and execution support for the Hardware NPI test team. This individual will work closely with design engineering, internal manufacturing, NPI test engineering, purchasing, supply-chain and the contract manufacturer. What they're looking for
- Experience managing engineering changes in short schedule development cycle
- Experience with developing safety critical hardware, bonus points for experience in robotics, automotive, or the aerospace/defense industry
- Experience with launching new hardware products to market and managing hardware product life cycles
- Strong technical understanding of manufacturing and EOL test processes and test data management
- Strong PLM experience with tools such as Arena
- Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheets, MS Project, etc
