- Demonstrated record of successful CAR-T Oncology Account Management within academic and non-academic setting (P)
- Experienced leader with CAR T launch experience with 1 or more CAR T Products in the US (P)
- Proven history of leading cross-functional teams and cultivating B2B opportunities (P)
- Experienced in attaining customer insights and driving change in day-to-day operations (P)
- Ability to operate in an environment with little direction and produce exceptional results (P)
- Extensive overnight travel required (E )
