We're looking for a hands-on architect who understands what it takes to bring AI into a company successfully, safely, at scale and at speed. In short: you help us move fast without breaking things. You own the build-and-validate phase; a separate team takes proven PoCs to production. - Build PoCs with the team, then take the proven ones to production or write the spec for the team that will run them.
- Solve real problems, finding the pain points, design the fix, ship it and prove the value.
- Design for scale where every PoC fits our wider IT landscape and Enterprise Architecture.
- Own the architecture that lets AutoStore build AI solutions safely across the company.
- Work with the IT teams already building our foundations (data, integration, security, authentication and hosting). You define what AI needs from them and build on top of what they deliver.
- Bring people along by explaining choices and trade-offs in plain language, to developers and business leaders alike.
