About the role
AutoStore is hiring a Professional Services Associate to help us transform the way the world's leading companies store and move inventory through innovative robotics, software, and automation technologies. As a Professional Services Associate, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to our strategic partners, helping them maximize the value of highly advanced automated storage and retrieval systems.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- 0-2 years of experience in a technical role
- Strong technical and root-cause analysis foundation
- Willingness to travel to customer, partner, and AutoStore locations as needed
