- Strong CS fundamentals and systems judgment. You break problems down, know what right and wrong look like, and make tradeoff calls on the fly

- Comfort talking with non-technical customers
- Heavy use of AI tools. You hit your Claude Code limits regularly

At Autumn we create the technology for dentists to succeed in an AI native world. We deploy agentic systems into dental practices to deliver better patient outcomes, help dentists get paid, and help small business owners run their business. Right now we are focused on automating revenue cycle management for dentists. Over the next decade, we believe the entire dental practice will collapse around the dentist (a $100B+ opportunity), and Autumn will run it.

Ship agentic workflows that automate dental billing, claims, and payment posting.
Decide when to take on technical debt and when to pay it down, based on what the business needs.
Direct LLMs aggressively to ship high-quality code fast, without shipping AI slop.
