What they're looking for
- 8–12 years’ experience in technology consulting or digital transformation within an enterprise SaaS or financial services environment
- Proven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects involving senior-level stakeholder engagement
- Demonstrated success collaborating cross-functionally with product and engineering leaders
- Strong grasp of product concepts, technical architectures, data structures, and system integrations
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to both technical and executive audiences
- Educational background in engineering, computer science, information systems, or quantitative disciplines
