We’re looking for a highly proactive, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team and support members of our leadership team. You’ll work alongside our existing EA team of three to help keep our executives organized, prepared, and operating at a high level.
This is not a traditional 9–5 Executive Assistant role. Aven operates in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment, and we’re looking for someone who brings a 24/7 mindset to executive support. That means staying ahead of priorities, responding quickly when plans change, and taking ownership of getting things done, even when needs arise outside of standard business hours. You’ll manage complex calendars, coordinate travel, prepare and organize meetings, anticipate scheduling conflicts, handle last-minute changes, and ensure executives are consistently prepared and unblocked. You’ll also take ownership of special projects and the many details that keep a rapidly moving leadership team operating effectively.
